Shipping policy

All labels will be created within 3 Business Days from the time of the order. This excludes weekends and Holidays. Any order placed after 3pm PST, over the weekend, or national holiday will start th efollowing business day M-F.

Willow Rose Creations Handmade items (Only found on OUR website) have a 60 Business Day turn around time. This does not include any items found on any of our stores including but not limited to TikTok, Google, Facebook, Instagram, or Pinterest. This also does not include any of our RTS items.

All RTS items will ship within 3-5 Business Days.
